Welcome to milavovk.com, the website of artist Mila Vovk (the "Website"), operated by Decor Factory LLC, a California limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, all artworks, photographs, images, videos, text, graphics, and other original content on the Website (the "Content") are owned by Mila Vovk and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Decor Factory LLC operates the Website with her permission. © 2026 Mila Vovk. All rights reserved.
No Content may be reproduced, copied, downloaded, distributed, published, modified, displayed, transmitted, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law (including fair use) or by Section 3 below.
2. Artwork Images
Images of artworks are provided for viewing and informational purposes. Display of an artwork on the Website does not grant any license or permission to reproduce, publish, distribute, or otherwise use the image or the artwork itself. For image licensing, publication, exhibition, or other professional use, contact us at hello@milavovk.com. We aim to respond to permission requests within 10 business days.
3. Press and Editorial Use
Materials we designate as press materials (including artist biographies, statements, CVs, and press images) may be used, without further permission, solely for non-commercial editorial purposes, such as news coverage, reviews, and announcements about Mila Vovk, her exhibitions, or her work, provided that you:

use the materials as provided, without cropping, altering, or adding text or effects to images;

include the credit line supplied with the material (for example, "Image courtesy of Mila Vovk");

do not use the materials for advertising, merchandise, or product endorsement, or in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement by Mila Vovk; and

do not use the materials in AI training or generation, as described in Section 4.
This permission is revocable and non-transferable. Any other use requires our written permission.
4. No Scraping, Data Mining, or AI Training
Without our prior written permission, you may not use any automated means (including bots, crawlers, scrapers, and similar tools) to access, copy, or collect Content, and you may not use any Content (including images, text, titles, captions, and metadata) to train, fine-tune, test, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine-learning model or system, or to generate outputs that imitate or are derived from the Content.
We expressly reserve all rights in the Content, including the right to opt out of text and data mining under applicable law, such as Article 4 of the EU Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market (Directive (EU) 2019/790).
5. Downloadable Materials
Materials available for download, including artist biographies, statements, CVs, press materials, or other documents, are provided for informational and professional reference. Downloading them does not transfer ownership of any Content and does not grant permission to reproduce or use photographs, artworks, or other copyrighted material beyond what applicable law, Section 3, or our written authorization allows.
6. Information on the Website; No Offer to Sell
The Website is provided for general informational and portfolio purposes. Artwork availability, prices, dimensions, materials, exhibition information, descriptions, and other information may be updated or changed without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.
Nothing on the Website is an offer to sell, or a binding price or availability quotation. Any sale of artwork is subject to a separate written agreement, or to the terms of a gallery or other authorized seller, and is not completed until the authorized seller or we confirm it in writing. Purchases made through an online store on the Website, if offered, are governed by separate Terms of Sale.

If you send us messages, ideas, or other materials through the Website, please do not include confidential or proprietary information. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we have no obligation to keep submissions confidential, to return them, or to pay for their use, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them to respond to your request and operate the Website. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to send what you submit.
8. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to or embed third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
9. Acceptable Use

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DECOR FACTORY LLC, MILA VOVK, AND OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or any mandatory consumer rights you have.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Website. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
